Huston is a software entrepreneur and engineer with a passion for learning and teaching others. He owns a one-million-square-foot portfolio of office, retail, and industrial property, and architected and built the Cardinal software used to manage it.
Michael Watson

Michael started his career doing non-leveraged, control-only buyouts in Southeast Asia. He has founded several companies and spent 14 years as a CFO and COO.

With more than 13 years in commercial real estate, Joe specializes in leasing, management, construction, and acquisitions. He helped shape Portland’s Central Eastside during its period of major growth, and is known for building win-win relationships between owners and tenants.
