New Card View

Today we're releasing a huge visual update to the card view. It exposes a lot more information, like sharing settings, at a glance and sets up future updates to the card view, especially relating to custom cards.

At the same time, we're updating how labels work. They're now only manageable from settings, and only by team administrators. That cements their role as a team-wide feature for card organization.
